To run the 'Accept' applet, check the Java plugin is installed and enabled in the browser. Subject to the browser, this can be checked at:
Mozilla Firefox
Open Menu -> Add-ons-> Plugins. You must be able to see the "Java(TM) Platform" add-on and "Activate always".
Internet Explorer
Internet Explorer: Settings -> Manage add-ons. You must be able to see "Java(tm) Plug-In SSV Helper" and "Java(tm) Plug-In 2 SSV Helper" as "Enabled".
Edge
Search the Java plug-in. Enter JAVA. If the add-on is installed, you will access the control panel and check that the security level is high.
Digital certificate
Once the applet is running, select the certificate for signing/authentication. The applet will display a list of the certificates installed in Windows and Mozilla, as well as the cryptographic cards detected. In addition to the list, the certificate can be downloaded from a file located on your computer.
List with available certificates
When running the applet, a list of the certificates installed in Mozilla and Windows will be displayed. It shows the certificates installed in both browsers, independently of the one you are working with. An icon identifying the browser used will be displayed.
If the Mozilla storage is password-protected, you will be prompted for a password. If password is incorrect, the certificates for this storage will not be displayed.
Support software
If the certificate is saved in a file (.p12), press the button "In file" (at the bottom right) and select it on your computer.
Cryptographic card
The applet will detect the cryptographic card devices connected to the equipment and display them in the list.
