The functionalities of the Acepta signature applet require a certain computer configuration. The Acepta applet is used to sign documents with one of the installed digital certificates as well as to carry out authentication for any form.
To ensure the applet’s functioning, there’s a series of computer requirements to be met.
First, check if you have Java’s latest version installed. You can do that here:
http://www.java.com/es/download/installed.jsp
Should its latest version or Java itself not be installed, you will be notified of it and given the option to install the latest version.
If you have a 64-bit operating system, it’s advisable to install Java’s 32-bit version as well as its 64-bit one, since some browsers run one way or the other, in which case they need the plugin of the specified architecture. You can download Java’s different versions for your operating system at the following link:
http://www.java.com/es/download/manual.jsp
In WINDOWS 10, you can check if JAVA is installed or not:
Look for the Java plugin. Enter the word “JAVA”, and if the plugin is installed, access the control panel and make sure the security level is high. You’ll be able to update Java in the update tab.
