The Attached Documentation button provides access to a screen that is divided into three blocks:

• Received Documentation: It consists of the documents included in the opening of the file together with those other documents that the user may have added later from his Personal Site.
• Documentation of associated files: Where the documents belonging to related files, such as the response to a notification, will be displayed.
• Internal Documentation: Where the documentation attached by the manager plus that generated by the application itself will be shown.
