If in the scope of our management, we need to notify the interested party initiating the file, some circumstance in a formal way, T.actica contemplates this possibility, and facilitates the work, allowing in a simple way the start of a notification that, at the user's discretion, can paralyse or not the life cycle of the file/item.

The notification procedure allows us to indicate a deadline by which the notification can be served, attach a document, or use one of the documents that are already part of the file. It also offers the possibility of entering a text as observations, which T.actica will transform into a formal document and send as a notification.
