- Descripcio de mecanismes de formacio de porus, canvis de curvatura i processos de fusio i fissio de membranes.
- Determinants moleculars i propietats fisic-quimiques responsables a nivell de sequencia de de l'activitat en membranes de molecules polipeptdidicas.
- Redisseny de molecules polipeptidiques per al control de la seva activitat.
- Desenvolupament de nova metodologia, experimental i teorica, per a l'estudi estructural i funcional d'activitats de membrana.

- Biophysical characterization of polypeptide-membrane complexes in model systems.Study of the kinetic and thermodynamic properties of membrane-active complexes. Description of the structure of active complexes and their formation mechanisms. Methodology: infrared, UV-Vis, DC and fluorescence spectroscopies. Fluorescence microscopy. AFM nanoscopy.
