The research group focuses its work on the innovative firm and makes academic contributions regarding the following issues: Characteristics of the innovative firm. Strategy of the innovative firm. Entrepreneurship and innovation. Innovation and business performance. New products design. Organizational learning and knowledge management. Implications of the company's innovative strategy for human resources. Both qualitative and quantitative methodologies are followed according to each specific research objective.
