Self-enrollment
Before going on your exchange stay, you must complete your self-enrollment at the University of Valencia. Steps to follow:
- Fill out your Learning Agreement in the mobility application (Portal Serveis Estudiant).
- Your mobility coordinator must close your Learning Agreement in the mobility application (Portal Serveis Estudiant) by July 10, 2025.
- Complete your self-enrollment according to the appointment time you receive from the University of Valencia (between July 17 and July 31, 2025).
Mobility ECTS credits will be automatically included in your enrollment, so there is no need to select them manually. The subjects listed in the Learning Agreement will be automatically enrolled. This means that when completing your self-enrollment:
· If you are doing a full-year stay, you do not need to select any subjects.
· If you are doing a semester stay, you must only select the subjects you will take at the University of Valencia during that semester.
Outgoing mobility students must pay the public tuition fees at the University of Valencia, based on the number of ECTS credits included in their Learning Agreement. They will be exempt from paying tuition fees at the host university.
Learning Agreement Modification
Modifications are only necessary if you change any of the subjects initially listed in your Learning Agreement. This procedure must be completed through the "Portal Serveis Estudiant" in order for the changes to be reflected in your academic record.
Changes must be requested once you are at the host university and within 5 weeks from the start of classes.
Once the changes have been submitted via the Portal Serveis Estudiant, your mobility coordinator at the University of Valencia must close the contract so you can obtain a printed copy showing the modified subjects and the equivalence table between them.
This document must be signed by you, your coordinator at the host university, and your coordinator at the University of Valencia (signatures may be scanned or electronic).
- Modifications made before October 5 will generate a new "Initial Learning Agreement," which can be obtained by clicking on “Print Initial” and will replace any previous agreements. On October 5, this initial agreement becomes final.
- Modifications made after October 5 will generate a "Changes Agreement" (or During), which can be obtained (once closed) using the “Print Modification” button.
Any later changes will generate a new “Changes Agreement” that incorporates all modifications and replaces previous versions.
Once signed, the modified Learning Agreement must be uploaded in PDF format to www.entreu.uv.es via the “My procedures” option.
Modifications to the Learning Agreement can be made after the self-enrollment period (July 17 to July 31). These changes will be reflected in your enrollment when you return from your exchange stay at the University of Valencia. This may involve updates to the amount payable for public tuition fees, which will be handled by the faculty secretariats.
