
Nine out of ten users have rated as “satisfactory” or “very satisfactory” the customer service and products of La Tenda of the University, according to the results of an online survey conducted last December among over 5.300 people, which 70% were students and the remaining 30% teachers and administrative and services staff. This study was carried out by an initiative of La Tenda in order to know the opinions of its customers.
This survey was motivated by the launch of new services for students and departments and services staff through La Tenda com, as for example, the supply of stationery, a service addressed to centers, departments, institutes and foundations of the University and which can be accessed via the website www.uv.es/papereria.
Another question that was asked concerned to the usability of the points of sale which are located at different sites of the University. In this regard, the 46% said that they have already made use of the services of La Tenda, the 66% that they have gone to La Tenda of the Tarongers Campus, the 28% to La Nau, the 14% to the Botanical Garden and the 7% have purchased goods and services through the website La Tenda (www.uv.es/latenda).
The survey which was conducted via e-mail through an invitation to the entire university community –students, teaching staff, administration staff and services- has been a tool to know the opinion of users, as their suggestions and to optimize both the services and products offered.
