The First Congress seeks to explain communication policies from different areas of knowledge, and is attended by several experts in the fields of political discourse, political journalism, political and institutional communication and communicative policies.  In this way, journalists, photographers, researchers and communication managers of political parties will deal with different aspects of political communication from a theoretical and practical point.
