- At the Student Service office.

- At any of the Sedi – Student Information and Promotion Service offices on the campuses:
- Espai Vives (Blasco Ibáñez campus): Modany, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 4.30 to 5.30 p.m., and from Tuesday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Please, you can request an appointment here.
- Burjassot: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Els Tarongers: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
