Objectives of the Congress:
Presentation of the mediation model as a form of access to justice in the Valencia Region.
Examination of the advantages and difficulties of the current regulatory model.
Dissemination and promotion of experiences and good practices in the use of mediation as a tool for resolving and managing conflicts in a non-adversarial or friendly manner.
Dissemination and development of strategies and methods for conflict resolution.
