This master's degree offers a practical vision and concrete application of the labor legal system. In this way, the students will practice with real problems; real jurisprudential solutions; and will know the doubts and interpretations that are raised around the work order in the social reality. It is essential that the student learn to locate and identify the rules applicable to each situation, know the main interpretive problems that arise, know how to seek and apply case law, learn to manage and apply collective agreements, start in occupational risk assessments and in the labor audit practices of companies.
