
The Seminar has a double objective. First of all, to present the report by the University of Valencia professors Rafael Chaves and José Luis Monzón for the European Economic and Social Committee "A new generation of social economy policies in Europe after the crisis". It is the second part of the report on'Recent developments in the social economy in Europe' also produced for the EESC. Secondly, the seminar presents significant experiences of social economy policies, such as the one developed in Barcelona, of innovative cooperative groups, such as Mondragón, and experiences of social enterprises in the Valencian Community.
