Who are we?The Management Unit is a general service of the administrative organization of the University of Valencia destined to conduct the activities that are necessary for the fulfillment of its purposes and that are not specific from the departments or centers, highlighting the responsibility of material infrastructures.
What do we do?
The peculiarity of this Unit consists of representing the general interests of the centers and services which harbours the Campus, for being geographically away from the institutional centre.
Therefore, it should take on all the non-specific matters of the centres or services, in addition to all the common or shared.
Offered services
- Financial management: Regular budget, extras (Comfort Teaching Improvement and Teaching Laboratories), common proceeding expenses to centres and maintenance service.
- Space Management: teaching and non-teaching staff for the university community, to rented.
- Campus Management: board of deans, common activities (cultural, informative, institutional, operational, organizational).
- Service management: supervision of companies in charge of the infrastructure maintenance (electricity, gas, heating, elevators, etc.), housekeeping, security, gardening, restoration (Campus, Jerónimo Muñoz, Pharmacy).
- Maintenance management: request organizations and shipping costs.
- General Services: organizational and administrative support to all kinds of events.
