On the effects of the contract, there will be insured the public employees of the Universitat de València who are associated to it by virtue of appointment or in terms of employment.

There are also considered included in the insurance the persons that, in the future, within the insurance contract period, will acquire any of the aforementioned conditions.

It will be considered included in the policy the total staff, whatever the legal nature of its association with the Policy holder is, which, based on their situation, shall be effectively included in the policy and independently of their situation (working, with temporary disability, in recognition process of permanent disability, in the situation of suspension of contract for any reason in legislation, etc.).
