The Software Catalogue can be consulted from a public profile or through identification with the University’s username and password. Depending on the case, the catalogue shows public or particular information on the products. Additionally, some specific data can only be shown to the users identified and who own the product’s license.

The profile through which we access the Catalogue can be known in two different ways: the first one is to look at the vertical bulge’s colour at the left margin; if it is green, it is a public profile:

On the contrary if its orange is because we have identified as a user:

The second way of knowing the profile is to observe the top-right side of the window; if you find the following under the arrow it indicates that we have identified as users:
