The University organises Tastallengües Welcome Event to help you meet local and international students and practise any languages you wish in a casual context. Valencian food and music are provided for free, and you are welcome to bring along food and drink typical of your culture.

6.30pm "The language of València: how to learn it at the University simply by sharing yours", by Graeme Berman, Servei de Política Lingüística.

7pm Valencian and multicultural evening meal. Valencian picadeta and gastronomic exchange: A light meal with typical Valencian dishes will be provided by the organisation. International students and locals are invited to bring along food and drink typical of your culture. During the evening, you are invited to arrange conversation exchanges (tàndems) with local people.
