The languages of instruction in the University of Valencia are regulated by the Reglament d'Usos Lingüístics, by the Pla d'increment de la docència en valencià and by the Criteris d'elaboració de l'oferta acadèmica, that are approved for each academic year.
If you have been affected by any breach of these regulations, you can submit a complaint addressed to the competent bodies in matters of teaching organisation through the online office (Suggestions, Complaints and Compliments Mailbox).
You can also fill in and print out this form for reporting incidents in the language of instruction. We also recommend you to submit it to:
- The Vice-Principal for Academic Regulations and Teaching Staff.
- The Council of the department to which each subject in question corresponds and to which the lecturers in charge of teaching the subject belong.
- We recommend you to send a copy of the complaint to dinamitzacio.llengues@uv.es (for information purposes).
In addition to the form above, you can also use any other form. Remember to keep a photocopy of the completed document and to register your complaint at the University Registry Office (Blasco Ibáñez, 13) or at the secretary's office of your faculty. As a last resort, if you consider that your complaint has not been satisfactorily solved, you can appeal to the University Ombuds Office.
