The Live Client Clinic deals with social cases set out by non-profit organisations in relation with situations of discrimination or social injustice affecting an individual or a small group. The university community can also access to the Clinic, if their problems fulfil the requirements of the Criteria of Admission.
In this clinic, the particular interest prevails over the general interest. However, the clinic still takes into account the objectives of social justice of the Legal Clinic. Some of our clients (or former clients) are: Cesida, CERMI-CV, Asindown, several city councils of the province of Valencia, the Associació Víctimes del Metro 3 de juliol, AMES, ALCER, Plataforma d'afectats per la supressió de la subsidiació de préstecs en VPO de la Comunitat Valenciana, Associació de Veïns d'Oliva, etc. For contacting the Live Client Clinic, please, send an email to cjjsdir@uv.es.
