The Clinica Jurídica per la Justícia Social de la Facultat de Dret de la Universitat de València starts a helpdesk for the people of the UV community (PDI/PI, PTGAS and students) who suffer from the consequences of the floods (DANA).

We are a space for reflective, critical and conscious training of undergraduate and graduate students of the Faculty of Law of the UV, where they provide free and non-profit advice under the supervision of professors and lawyers. Therefore, for the development of this project, multidisciplinary groups have been created, composed of a teacher or researcher, a lawyer and two students.

This helpdesk is intended for people affected by DANA who belong to the UV community (PDI/PI, PTGAS, students, people who work for companies that provide services to Univeristat, as well as their first degree relatives). If you do not belong to one of these groups, there are other organizations that can help you. What can we do for you?

- Provide you with general information on the rights that victims of DANA have in various aspects: assistance, benefits and subsidies, compensation and insurance, labor issues (dismissals and suspensions), renegotiation of the lease, civil matters (inheritance of a deceased family member), among others.

- To provide you with specific information and clarification of legal terms, understanding the requirements to apply for aid, among others.

- To disseminate and publicize all the actions undertaken by the State, the GVA, the Provincial Council and the Municipal Councils.

- To accompany you, telematically, in the procedures that you carry out. 

- Helping you to complete the necessary documentation or administrative procedures to apply for pulbis aid.

- To refer you to other entities, specialized services and professionals, if it is necessary because we do not have the capacity to carry out the consultation that you ask us.

Requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that response times may be longer due to the high volume of requests we receive.
