I am Associate Professor at the University of Valencia, holding a PhD in Management. My research and teaching interests include human resource management, work-related well-being and employees attitudes and behaviors. I have published my results in journals such as Human Resource Management, Business Research Quarterly or Personnel Review, among others. I have participated and led research projects from public funding programmes, and different applied projects focused on designing the organizational structure in private companies and in the Public Administration. I also have and extensive experience in management positions in private companies. I am currently associate editor in the journals Business Research Quarterly and Journal of Applied Psychology, co-director of the Master's Degree in Human Resources Direction and Management, and head of research and teaching at the Human Resource Management Section of the Spanish Academy of Management (ACEDE).

Virginia Orengo Castellá is Associate Professor in Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Valencia, and she is member of the IDOCAL (Research institute in Human Resources Psychology, Organizational Development, and Quality of Work). She has published numerous research studies in the discipline in books and international scientific journals such as Computers in Human Behavior, Group Decision and Negotiation, Behavior and Information Technology, etc. She works in several research projects about the incidence of technology on group processes and outcomes (performance, trust, conflict, potency, coordination) and the characteristics of virtual collaboration (virtual teams, virtual communities).

She has a degree in Economic and Business Sciences; PhD in Economics and Business by the University of Valencia, Spain. She has been co-director of the Official Master of Human Resource Management, offered by the University of Valencia. Her teaching and research specialization focuses on the area of ​​Strategic Management, in
particular on the strategic implementation process, as well as in the relationship between strategy and Excellence Models. She has also focused part of her research on gender studies in relation to strategy, as well as on the relationship between strategy and HR management. She has supervised 10 doctoral dissertations and different master's thesis, concentrated in two programs: the master's degree in strategy and the Master's Degree in Human Resources Management. She has been recognized a six-year research period. She has  developed different research stays in national (University of Alicante) and foreign universities (Aston University, Manchester Metropolitan University). She has been invited to teach conferences and seminars in different foreign universities such as the Regional University of Blumenau (Brazil) or the Universidad del Norte in Barranquilla (Colombia), being especially
highlighted the one given as the Official Opening Conference of the Annual Science Congress Economics held in San José (Costa Rica) in 2008. She has published in both Spanish and international journals (Journal of Organizational Change Management, Service Business, Service Industries Journal, Total Quality Management & Business Excellence, European Business Review or Innovar Journal). She has participated in international and national forums and conferences; and among the teaching materials published highlights a manual by Cívitas in 1998 that was used as reference text in many of the Labor Relations Schools of Spain.

Raúl Lorente Campos is Graduate Economics and PhD Sociology at the University of Valencia. He is working as a Lecturer and researcher at the Sociology Department at the University of Valencia for more than 20 years. Previously he worked as an associate professor at ITESM and UAT (Mexico), and have done research stays at Ruskin College (Oxford) and University of Massachusetts at Lowell.
Its lines of specialization are labour precariousness, underemployment, labour segmentation and labour markets. Professor Lorente has numerous publications, both in index journals and prestigious publishers. He has been Director of University Master in Employment and Intervention in the labour market at University of Valencia for 5 years.
He recently received PROMETEO scholarship, Contract by SENESCYT Ecuador, Project on Labour Informality, developed at Labour Ministry of República del Ecuador.
