Master’s Degree in Research

The Master’s Degree in Research in the specialisation of Mathematics Teaching is aimed at graduates in Teacher Training or licenciados (Spanish Former Undergraduate Degree) in Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent qualifications. Graduates or licenciados (Spanish Former Undergraduate Degree) may also study in related areas to Mathematics- such as Physics and Engineering-, in Psychology, in Education Sciences and graduates in Education. In any case, it is required the compliance of the requirements describe in the entry requirements.

Doctoral Programme

The Doctoral Programme in the specialisation of Mathematics Teaching is aimed at the holders of a Master’s University Degree in research, who have acquired the necessary competences for dealing with research tasks in Mathematics Teaching, under the supervision of doctors specialists in this area. In certain cases, it is necessary for completing the initial training to take some subjects of the specialisation in Teaching of Visual Arts of the Master’s Degree in Specific Didactics.
