MEMBERSHIP AND CONTRIBUTION OF STUDENTS IN UNPAID INTERNSHIP
The obligation to include them in Social Security is the responsibility of the company or entity that hosts them. In the case of unpaid internships, the current legal framework makes it possible for the University to assume this obligation. In that sense and for the 2023/2024 academic year, the University of Valencia will be responsible for this inclusion unless the company or entity that hosts the students in unpaid internships expressly indicates that it assumes this inclusion.
