After the success of the previous edition of the UEG with its server-led and coordinated workshop, where students were able to learn first-hand the functions of a film critic and how to analyse a film in the most professional way possible, it is time to be even more ambitious and broaden their horizons.

That is why the workshop proposed in this edition, in addition to extending its hours from the previous one (from 6 to 10), also aims to cover the complex world of television series. To do this, a necessary review will be made of the shows that have most influenced us in order to explain how we have reached this point in which the series are the queens of entertainment. Naturally, just like the films, the assistant will learn what to look for when criticizing a TV series.

All of this would be missing, without leaving aside the seventh art, since television and cinema will be perfectly integrated in this practical and didactic project. So, what we will achieve is that the students will have a strong knowledge base on the history and technique of entertainment on a large and small screen, and at the end of the 10 hours they will be fully capable of dissecting a chapter or a film and writing an elaborate and professional review of it.
