Universitat de València has participated in the Erasmus Programme since its inception, promoting exchange, cooperation, and mobility. The new Erasmus+ programme includes, as did the previous Lifelong Learning Programme, a specific action for the mobility of teaching and research staff from higher education institutions.
General information about the programme
The action offers teaching and research staff the possibility of undertaking a stay at a higher education institution that is part of the Erasmus+ Programme.
Call for applications for the 2025–2026 academic year
The processing of these grants is carried out entirely through the Electronic Office. If needed, the help manual is available in angela.
This call includes the possibility of applying for teaching stays at European universities and training stays at one of the eight FORTHEM universities.

1. Applications:
The application period, through the Electronic Office (Section ‘Teaching and Research Staff’, subsection ‘Grants’), will remain open until 30 June 2026 or until the available places are filled.
The application must be accompanied by the mobility agreement for teaching or training depending on the purpose of the stay, scanned and properly completed and signed.

The agreement must be signed by the applicant, the mobility coordinator of the centre, and the responsible person at the host university.
Furthermore, if there is no specific inter-institutional agreement for staff mobility with the host university, the department to which the applicant belongs may request its processing through the mobility coordinator of the centre by writing to erasmus.agreements@uv.es. The message must include a contact person at the university with which the agreement is to be signed.
If the application meets the requirements, the appointment or grant will be notified through the Electronic Office.
2. Documents required prior to the stay:
Once the grant has been awarded and before the stay takes place, the following must be attached:
- Annex IV - Grant Agreement signed, preferably electronically, by the applicant
- Annex IV BIS - Service Commission of Service Order signed, preferably electronically, by the applicant and the responsible person authorising the stay (Department Director, Institute Director, etc.)
These documents must be attached to the same procedure already open in the Electronic Office (How to attach new documents to the procedure).
3. Final documentation:
Once the stay has ended, you will receive a notification to attach, via the Electronic Office, the following two documents:
- Certificate of stay
- Annex VI-A, if the mobility was for teaching purposes, signed by the responsible personat the host university, dated on or after the last day of the teaching activity.
- Annex VI-B,if the stay was for training purposes at a FORTHEM university, signed by the responsible person at the host university, dated on or after the last day of the activity carried out.
- Annex VI: Justification report of transport expenses, accompanied by boarding passes.
4. Final procedures for payment of the grant:
- EU Survey: Once the supporting documentation has been submitted, you will receive an email invitation to access the Survey. You must complete and submit it online within 30 days of receipt.
- Commission of Services Settlement Document: Once the survey has been verified, you will receive the Settlement Document by email, which must be returned signed by you and the responsible person who authorised your stay.
Once all the above procedures have been completed, you will receive a notification to download from the Electronic Office a Certificate accrediting the stay carried out.

The processing of applications is carried out entrirely through the UV Online Office.
1. Applications:
The application and all the required documents must be submitted through the UV Online Office (teaching and research staff/financial aid).
The application period will be open until 30 June 2025 or until all available vacancies have been filled.
The application must be accompanied by the mobility agreement for teaching staff, modality A or B, depending on the purpose of the stay, scanned, duly completed and signed.

The agreement must be signed by the applicant, the centre’s mobility coordinator and the individual responsible at the receiving university
Furthermore, if there is not an existing specific inter-institutional teacher mobility agreement with the receiving university, the centre’s mobility coordinator should send a request to sign an agreement to erasmus.agreements@uv.es, specifying a contact person at the host university.
If the application meets the requirements, the applicant will be notified of the allocation via the UV Online Office.
2. Documents required prior to the stay:
Once a placement has been allocated and prior to the start of the stay, the Subsidy Agreement must be signed by the applicant, preferably in electronic format, and submitted along with the Service Commission Order (new document since the application of the IUV 8/2023) also signed, preferably in electronic format, by the applicant and the person responsible for authorising the stay.
These documents can be attached to the same procedure that you have already opened in the Online Office (> Actions > Annex).

If you do not have an electronic signature, you must subsequently send the original by the University's internal mail to the International Relations Service at the Palau de Cerveró.
3. Final documentation:
Once the stay has ended, you will receive a notification to attach the following documentation via the Online Office.
- Certificate of stay
- Annex VI-A, if the mobility was for teaching purposes, signed by the person responsible at the receiving university, on or after the last day of the teaching activity.
- Annex VI-B, if the stay was at one of the FORTHEM universities, signed by the person responsible at the receiving university, on or after the last day of the activity.
- Annex VII: Supporting documents for transport costs
- Tickets or proof of payment for the means of transport used
Once the supporting documents have been annexed, you will receive an email with an invitation to access the EU Survey. You must complete this survey and send it electronically within 30 days of receiving it.
Lastly, you will receive a notification to from the Online Office to download a Certificate of the stay.
