USER GUIE
The Faculty's audiovisual staff work to meet the academic and cultural needs of the Centre.
TASKS:
- Support and management of audiovisual equipment in classrooms and multipurpose rooms.
- Support and advice on audiovisual and multimedia production for Centre staff.
OPERATION:
Priority of processing:
- Teaching related to the Faculty's studies.
- Academic and/or cultural activities related to the Faculty's studies.
Order of processing:
Requests will always be dealt with in accordance with the above priority and, in the event of a clash of schedules, the date and time of the request and its corresponding confirmation will be taken into account. All requests will be assigned an order of processing.
EXTRA SERVICES:
- Video recording (*)
- Streaming broadcast (**)
(*) Audiovisual assistance for multi-camera recording of activities will always require the extra presence of at least one audiovisual officer from the other shift (if available) with the corresponding payment for assistance.
(**) Streaming cannot be guaranteed due to the number of staff required, including those from outside the Centre.
OPENING HOURS
Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the office on the second floor.
