The Universitat de Valencia hosts the International Dance Day with a Flash Mob in front of the Faculty of Teacher Training. As a part of the celebrations that on the occasion of the International Dance Day are held all over the world, the UV with the collaboration of the Higher Conservatory of Dance have proposed to prepare a flash mob. Dance is not only a performing art, also it is a powerful mean of self-expression that accompanies humans since its birth. Its language, the body language, is immediate and also accessible, the tool is always with us. With this philosophy, the UV and the Higher Conservatory of Dance of Valencia invite students to participate in the creation of a five-minute choreography which will be practised and danced in a single session of half an hour. The event will take place from 11:00 to 11:30 on Wednesday 29 April in the terrace between Faculty of Teacher Training and the Library in the Faculty of Teacher Training. Both institutions invite to all those who wish to join this active celebration to participate simply by going to the appointment, with no further requirement than that of enjoying the dance. Regarding to the UV, this activity has been organised by the Delegate for Students through the management of the SeDi Information and Promotion Service and the Faculty of Teacher Training.
