Celestina tells through the keys of Bufón, Commedia dell'Arte and Clown the tragicomedy of Calisto and Melibea. Our show is a one-man version, with marionettes and masks.

La Celestina is considered a perfect model of tragicomedy. In the 21 acts that comprise it, Fernando de Rojas mixes pure comic and tragic elements, achieving a new dramatic dimension. The work is the Spanish answer to the Renaissance. The author was able to introduce all the possible elements of Spanishness, mixed with a new eroticism that has nothing to do with the Middle Ages, an unbridled desire for pleasure, with ambiguous antireligious notes.
