PRE-REGISTRATION RESULTS NOTIFICATION

The preregistration is the admission procedure through which the application forms are organised and the offered places are allocated.

The Universitat de València opens the preregistration period for the doctorate programmes for the academic year 2016/2017, according to the following calendar

2. How to access the online site

You can access the pre-enrolment application form for Phd's Degrees through the University of Valencia's online office, "ENTREU", from any computer with Internet access, following these steps:

1. UV students using their username and password.
2. UV students without identification or students from other universities: using the option "office user" (creating an username and a password) or "digital certificate" (electronic ID or any electronic certificate compatible with the online office). Important: See guide. 
3. If it is your fisrt time accessing the UV online office, you must accept the terms of use and the data protection policy to access the application.

Formalisation of application forms
The admission procedure will be initiated at the request of the person interested with the presentation of the application form and the accreditation of all required documentation in the Documentation section.

Required documentation
The application forms must be accompanied by the following documentation:
1. NIF photocopy (Spanish people), NIE (Spanish residents) or PASSPORT (foreigners).
2. Official University Qualification Section. Certification. Undergraduate degree qualification and Master’sDegree Qualification (Article 6.1 Royal Decree 99/2011)
3. Certificate of being in possession of the Diploma in Advanced Studies obtained according to the Royal Decree 778/1998, of 30 April,
4. Positive Assessment Certification of two academic years in specialised health trainining.
5. Doctor qualification of previous regulations.
6. Official academic certification section. Corresponding certificate of the studies completed in the Master’s and in the Undergraduate degree or Licenciatura (Spanish former undergraduate degree).
7. Section for the Certificate of official recognition: certificate in the case of having your foregin studies officially recognised (Undergraduate degree and Master’s degree. In the case of students with non-oficially recognised qualification issued by a higher education system outside the EHEA they need a proof of payment for the corresponding rights for obtaining the favorable resolution by the Principal of the University of Valencia. The processing of the admission application form will not start until you submit the proof of payment.
