The European partnership Water4All has published its 4th call for proposals, entitled “Water and Health”, with a budget of around 28 million euros. 33 European agencies are participating as funding entities, including the Spanish Research Agency (AEI) and the Centre for Industrial Technological Development (CDTI), with the support of the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology FECYT.
The research topics are as follows:
• Topic 1: Waterborne contaminants & health risks: occurrence, behaviour, interactions and vulnerability
• Topic 2: Innovative tools and technologies for water quality and exposure monitoring
• Topic 3: Water treatment and exposure mitigation
• Topic 4: Governance, socio-economic innovation, and policy integration for water and health
This is a transnational call, with consortia of a minimum of three eligible partners from three different countries.
