• Analizar cómo se construyen, difunden y consumen las narrativas sobre la crisis climática en relación con las causas y con la transición energética como principal política de mitigación en distintos contextos.
• Plantear recomendaciones y estrategias de comunicación eficaces que contribuyan a una gobernanza orientada a la consecución de una transición energética justa.

• Risk communication and the climate crisis.. This line understands climate change as a chronic crisis that must be explained by emphasising solutions and their connection to everyday impacts, such as extreme weather events and health problems. Hence the need to deepen the study of social perceptions related to the public construction of narratives on ecological transition and climate action.
• Narratives on the energy transition and governance.The analysis of narratives on the energy transition is not limited to the study of their media coverage and representation, but also examines the communication strategies of all actors involved with the aim of improving governance processes
• Environmental journalism, best practices, and professional ethics.This research line focuses on environmental journalism as a professional specialisation and on the formulation of ethical and deontological recommendations for media coverage of environmental issues and the climate crisis.
