Interview
What challenges does participating in this activity have to you?
To accomplish the commitment of the public who attend the Bar in the dialogue dynamic. We must be catchy enough to have a numerous audience and wit enough to captivate from the very beginning to the attendees as well as to engage them in the debate. This is particularly difficult to “serious” people such as Scientifics.
What kind of citizen interest do you think that generate the topics that the Bar in which you participate will addresses?
A lot. Eating is something that we do every day several times a day, and we all are worried about what we eat.
