You have to access through the option User environment that can be found in the Universitat de València web.

It is essential, during the enrolment procedure, writing down the user and password generated for accessing the user environment. It is important to fill in recover username and password.

So as to ensure data protection, only requests sent through the official email (@alumni.uv.es) will be accepted. If you are not a student of the Facultat, you can send the request through another email, but you will have to attach your ID card scanned in both sides. 

The online office of the Universitat de València allows doing a lot of proceedings without needing to go there, there are plenty information in the  informació al web page of the Facultat.

No, only documents sent by this Secretary can be certified. For doing it, the original and a copy must be presented. Certifying a document entails paying its fee.

You can see your registration appointment through the Secretaría Virtual or through the student portal.

You have to enrol on the day and hour assigned. You can receive this appointment in two different ways:

- First enrolment (new students). You will receive an SMS on your mobile with the day and hour of your registration.

-Second and next registrations You could see your enrolment appointment through the student portal in the student profile. An SMS is not sent.

The documentation will be submitted online through the online office of the Universitat.

The registration appointments are ordered according with the enrolment regulation.

All the students (incoming or of subsequent courses) can do their registration through the student portal from any computer connected to Internet.

If you are not a new student and you are enrolled after your appointment, it’s OK, you can do it, but it is more likely to found groups closed for being completed.
If you are a new student and you are not enrolled before the next call, you will lose your post.

The ordinary regime is on a full-time. That involves registering of a minimum of 36 credits and a maximum of 72, which must include, necessarily, unfinished modules of previous years.

It can be requested, in addition, through the online office and in the stablished deadline, the part-time registration, which is given for causes proved with documents. That means an enrolment of a minimum of 24 credits and a maximum of 36:

It needs to be taken into consideration that the total amount of the registration fee, for all sections of the rate, cannot be less than 300 € (Law of Fees of the GVA, art. 14.3-7). However, this minimum amount will not be applied if for finishing your studies you have some unfinished modules or credits whose total is not higher than this minimum amount.

Yes, there are waiting lists by degrees.

Once knowing the results, and if you have not obtained a place, a number in the waiting list by mark order will be assigned to you. Waiting lists are not in-person, each allocation is published in the web of the Universitat. Interested people will check the result individually, so it is essential to pay attention to calls dates.

If you are in a waiting list and you are interested in obtaining a place, you have to access the web of the Universitat and confirm in each one of the degrees in which you are in a waiting list your interest for staying in it. This way you will be able to participate in the places’ allocations for the next call. If you are in a waiting list in some degree and you do not confirm it in each call, you lose your right.

New students: if you have been registered in a degree of our centre (that was not your first option) and, later, you obtain a place in other degree, and you get enrolled in this one, you will have to send and email to fac.magisteri@uv.es, as soon as possible, for cancelling your first enrolment.

The enrolment cancellation by the interested person only proceeds for major force reasons that make it impossible continuing with the studies in its corresponding academic year, within the given deadlines and for the next causes duly accredited.

You will pay all the concepts mentioned in the previous question.

On one hand, a receipt will be generated at the beginning of the academic year with the administrative fees.

And then, depending on the distribution of the payment chosen (1,2 or 8 terms), the price of the registered credits will be divided in the number of terms indicated in the enrolment.

This price to pay will vary if you are in one of these situations:
1. If you have requested a Grant or have indicated when doing the enrolment your intention of requesting it.

2. If you have any type of exemption or discount.

Both, the Ministry call, and the Generalitat call for the university studies every year, if you have requested a grant or if when registering you indicated that you wanted to request it (one of them or both), they will not be included in the fees valuation of the credits of the first enrolment. Therefore, you will not be charged for these credits waiting for the grant awarding.

Remember that there are concepts such as administrative fees (record opening, access exam certificates, card, school insurance), and the credits of second and advanced enrolments (unfinished modules), that are not covered by the grant and that will be charged even if you have requested the grant.

In the case you get the grant denied, or if finally, you did not request it, the corresponding cost of these credits will be charged.

Depending on your situation, the following exemption/discounts will be applied:

Important: The fees corresponding to the school insurance (under 28 years old), are not affected by these exemptions /discounts and will always be charged (1,12€).

Large or single-parent family

Of a special category: Total exemption of the fees payment.

Of general category: Discount of the 50%

Students with disabilities. Total exemption of the fees payment for the passive subjects affected by a disability equally or higher than a 33% and similar.

Honours in secondary school extraordinary prize in secondary school

Students with honours in the overall assessment of the highschool educational stage or with extraordinary prize will enjoy, during the first year and for only once, the exemption of enrolment fees payment, only administrative fees will be charged.

Victims of armed groups and terrorist’s elements. Will enjoy of total exemption of fees payment the students who have been victims, as well as their spouses, who are not legally separated, and sons.

Victims of gender-based violence. Will enjoy of total exemption of the fees payment the students who have been victims, as well as their dependent sons and daughters who are under 25 years old.

Students who have been part of the child protection system or of the re-education judicial system in some period of the three previous years to age of majority.

Students who are in a situation of social exclusion.

Honours in subjects of the previous academic course.

Obtaining an honour, in one or several subjects corresponding to the same studies, will lead to a discount, in the enrolment of the next academic year, equivalent to the cost of number of credits of these subjects.

This depends on the type of payment you have selected and on the moment in which we are informed about the denial (or the not request).

If you have the payment divided in eighth terms and they have not finished, (they are issued monthly), the cost will be divided between the terms that have not been generated yet, once we are informed about the grant denial.
If you have the payment in two terms and the second term has not been sent yet, the full amount will be charged in the second term.
If the set of receipts (two or eight), has already finished, the corresponding cost will be included in a receipt that will be issued to this effect.

Yes, the corresponding exemption has to be indicated during the enrolment every year. If it is not possible to validate it in that moment, you should contact the secretary sending an email to rebutmag@uv.es for confirming that the exemption remains valid and if it is necessary to submit new documentation.

There are two payment methods:

- Credit card, the payment will be done in the “online” payment platform of the office. The student will receive a notice for any of the available electronic means: email, mobile application and Secretaría Virtual, and will be able to see the issued receipt and pay it. If you want, in this case, you could also print the receipt and do the payment in an automatic teller machine or in a bank office.

- Direct Debit, in any bank or savings bank of the Spanish government. Remember that you have to give bank details in the moment of doing the enrolment, and later, submitting the direct debit document in the secretary centre.

 For both types of payment, the number of terms can be chosen:

- A single payment.

- Two terms.

- Payment divided in eighth terms.

The lack of payment means its cancellation, with the loss of marks of all modules, passed or not, in the academic year.

The resolution takes place through the academic year. The ministry grants are awarded first, and then, the ones of the Generalitat.

The Ministry informs individually the awarding or denial of the grant, but the Generalitat does not.

If you have requested the two grants, you will have to wait for both of them being awarded. If you got them denied, you will have to pay the enrolment fee in only one receipt (independently if you chose 2 or 8 terms when you did your registration). There is not any notification when the receipt is charged, so we recommend you pay attention to the awarding of grants.

If you chose several payments, the quantity will be re-adjusted in each one of the receipts. If finally you have payed more than you should, you have to request the refund of fees through the online office.

You should send the direct debit order by email to rebutmag@uv.es, and it has to be signed by the account holder.

Later, an email informing about the reception and management of the change will be sent.

For asking the recognition, it has to be done through the online office, where you will fill all the necessary data and you could also attach all the requested documentation.
If once submitted the request, it does not allow you to attach all the information, you will have to send an email to reconmag@uv.es, always from your email @alumni.uv.es, indicating who are you and the request procedure number that the online office has allocated you, and indicating that you attach more documentation for this request.

Some days after doing the corresponding fee payment, you will receive the resolution through the online office. You could check it consulting the record in the section “my procedures”.

In the web of the Facultat a document can be seen with the precedents that appear- to this date-, depending on where you have coursed the first degree. It is necessary to watch the last column of the tables so as to know if it can be recognised or not. Another study will not be made, if there are a previous study of it (favourable or unfavourable).

If the subject to be requested appears as favourable in the corresponding precedents list, it has not to be registered.
In case it does not appear in the precedents table and you want to suggest revision, it has to be registered, awaiting the resolution. In case of being favourable, we will proceed, in our motion, to remove it from your enrolment.

Under no circumstances can the undergraduate degree final project be recognised.

In case of the Degrees offered by the Faculty of Teacher Training, an equivalence and credits recognition are only established between the CFGS of the Preschool Education and the Degree in Preschool Education. Therefore, the credits recognition of any other CFGS is excluded. The subjects that can be recognised can be seen in the next link.

The same you had in the subject of origin. If the recognition is for more than one subject, the mark that will count will be the weighted average of the subjects of origin.

Yes. Currently, the 25% of the price of the recognised credits has to be paid when the originals are studies coursed previously. 

There are exemptions for payments of the recognition fees of training credits, the students of degree who took studies in the Universitat de València, of the same field, and did not finished them.

 The fees for recognised subjects or credits are not covered by the grant and, therefore, are paid by the interested person, even if him or she requested a grant.

For paying it, you have to wait until we send you a notification confirming you can do it. Remember that, since this notification, there is a deadline of 10 days for doing the payment. If the deadline has finished, and the payment has not been done, it will be understood that you give up on your request for recognitions and an unfavourable resolution will be issued, and we will proceed, if it is the case, in regularising their enrolment.

For knowing if the course or activity done is or not susceptible of Recognition, it has to be checked, for the course in which has been done, if it is one of the activities authorised by the Governing Council of the UV.

The same exemptions and discounts that the ones stablished for the enrolment with exemption of the honours in secondary school are applied.

Certificates are available through the online office of the UV and are automatically downloaded in the folder “my procedures” in the three languages (Valencian, Spanish and English).
If the interested person cannot obtain it through the online office, he or she can check it in the Secretary of the centre: certmag@uv.es attaching the ID card scanned.

No, the informational copy has no official validity and it is free. You can print it from the virtual secretary of your User environment.

Marks are not official until they appear in the record. The addition of a mark in the record is done automatically on the next day after the lecturer in charge has signed digitally the exam record of the subject.

The lecturer in charge of each exam record has to fill it in after the marks revision process and in a maximum deadline of 18 natural days, in the first call, and of 14 natural days in the second call, since the date of doing the evaluation assessment that appears in the official calendar of the degree exams (article 19.1 Evaluation and marking regulations of the UV for Degree and Master’s degree titles).

Once the official exam record is submitted and closed in the secretary of the faculty, it will appear in your record in a deadline of 24 hours (except for IT problems).

Only the lecture in charge of the exam record is qualified for changing a mark in an exam record. You should contact him or she (by email or going to their office in mentoring hours) so as to him or she can inform the centre Secretary about the change in the corresponding exam record. Once it is processed, the mark will be changed in your record.

After the revision with the teaching staff, or after having tried it without achieving it, the student could refute the final mark in front of the dean with a deadline of 5 working days since the date of publication of the subject definitive final mark and once the exam record is left in the Secretary of the centre. In order to do so, a written statement must be attached in which the challenge is adequately argued and reasoned. (article 21 Regulation for assessment and marking of the Universitat de València for Degree and Master’s degree titles).

This challenge is done through the online office.

It must be the only subject left for finishing the degree, (without considering the undergraduate degree final project and the Internships) basic or mandatory, or, if its an optional subject, only if its is needed for obtaining a mention, a timetable or a double degree. In addition, the rest of requirements have to be meet in the Regulation for assessment and marking of the de la Universitat de València for Degree and Master’s degree titles by compensation of qualifications.

There will be a month of deadline since the end of each exams period, according with the official academic calendar of the academic course, and it is requested through the online office.

If you are a degree or master’s degree incoming student (that is, it is your fist year in the degree), you would have to pass at least 12 credits.  If you do not pass these credits, you will not be allowed to enrol in the same degree until two academic years later.
If you are not a new student, and you have not passed a minimum of 36 credits, for two years, you will not be able to enrol more that 36 credits in the next academic year.

You will not be allowed to enrol in the same degree until two academic years later.

Exception: permanence regulations will not apply to students who can prove a justified personal cause that could have influenced on their performance (serious illness or any other cause of force majeure). It would fall under the authority of the dean. If it comes out as a negative decision, it may be discussed with the principal.

Yes, there is a maximum of 6 exams calls for passing each subject. If you do not take it, the exam call is not consumed. Each subject has 2 exam calls in each academic year.

Yes, the 6 exams call are not applicable if you have the 15% or less credits left for obtaining the degree.

You can also be exempted if you prove a personal justified cause which could have affected on the performance (case of force majeure). You would have to request it through the electronic record and it would need the dean approval.

Frequent asked questions

The first you need to do is enrol the corresponding subject.
In the web site of the Faculty the processes of the undergraduate final project are published.

Enrolment: if it is your second enrolment of the undergraduate final project and in the previous year you did not take any of the exams call, the enrolment fee does not carry a surcharge in this subject.

All the information is available in  “Undergraduate final project calendar”.

Once you have passed the studies leading to an official degree, and you also have all the receipts issued by the UV in a "paid" status, the title must be requested through the Online office of the Universitat de València. You will need the user and pin of the Universitat official email (@alumni.uv.es) to manage it.

Important: You will have to press the option “general user of the Universitat (university staff and students)”

Once you have accessed, you will have to press “Procedures” and in “Highlights Procedures” you will find the option “request of an university certificate and EDS” and then the actual processing of the title starts.

The application will guide you step by step, we recommend that you attach your ID card scanned and proof of exemption, if applicable. 

Finally, the application will provide you with the receipt for the payment of the fee, which you can do "online" by filling in the bank card details on the corresponding screen.

Once paying the certification fee, the application will create a certificate of this deposit which has a verification code, making it official and valid for any entity that requires it. You could download it in the Online Office of the Universitat (My personal space) and it could be used until you receive the certificate.

The one interested will receive an email in their alumni email for going to the Faculty for picking up the certificate, once a minimum of 15 days after receiving the message. 
For picking it up you will have to come in person (requesting prior appointment) and identifying yourself with a valid ID card (or passport). 
In case of not being able to pick it up personally, another expressly authorised person for picking up the official university certificate could do it by power of attorney, upon proof of identity and presenting a photocopy of your identity card and of the person you are authorising.
In case of residence outside Valencia, you can request the certificate being sent to the Government Delegation or Subdelegation or Spanish Consular Office/Embassy nearest to your place of residence, upon payment of the corresponding fees.
Remember that the certificate deposit has official validity while the process of printing the diploma is in progress.

In case of losing the certificate it will be essential the prerequisite for obtaining a duplicate, the publication in the Official State Gazette of a notice stating the alleged loss in order to facilitate, if necessary, the appropriate claims. If these are not done in a deadline of thirty days since the publication notice date, the procedure for issuing the corresponding duplicate will be started. Both, the publication cost of the loss notice in this official diary and the fee amount for issuing the duplicate shall be borne by the person concerned.
