For some time now, there have been regular reports of dampness inside and underneath the courtyards after periods of rain. Inspections have shown the deterioration of the existing waterproofing and the pipes that collect the water from the planters in the courtyards. Therefore, the various patios need work to improve their waterproofing and to repair the surrounding areas.
