The aim of the project is to install a management and control system for the faculties of Teacher Training and Social Sciences, the María Moliner Library and the Corporal Expression Classroom (Tarongers Campus), which until now have not had any control system.

Building Management Systems (BMS) make it possible to control, distribute and balance the air conditioning in the buildings, as well as to manage the consumption of energy by switching on, regulating and switching off any type of equipment that can be connected to a communication network.

Intervention overview

The work consists of installing and connecting the field elements, sensors and actuators of the buildings, wired with optical fibres and BUS cables, to a network that communicated via control panels and automations. The system will be remotely controlled using computer screens.
