The Fundació Universitat-Empresa de València, known as ADEIT, is an entity belonging to the Universitat de València. It was established by public deed on 13 June 1989. It is a body attached to the Universitat de València with its own legal personality, and its area of activity is the territory of the Comunitat Valenciana, without prejudice to its ability to carry out actions at national or international level.
Its objectives are, on the one hand, to enable society to make use of the University's capabilities and, on the other, to serve as a channel for conveying to the University the needs and concerns of society in general and of the productive sectors in particular. To this end, ADEIT promotes the development of activities related to training, specialisation and upskilling that foster the exchange of knowledge and, as a result, drive economic development and progress.
