What can this service do for you?

This service can help you to know the other side of your problems that you are unable to see at a given time, because they neutralise your anguish. It shows you ways to solve them.

The counselling will offer you guidance and advice on psychological, sexological and psycho-pedagogical issues. It can also give you information about the techniques and psychological work that you need to start in order to solve or overcome a conflict, and resources to facilitate academic performance.

What can you ask for?

  • Psychological issues that cause you anxiety, depression or doubt.
  • Sexual or relationship issues.
  • Questions and problems related to studying (strategies for improving academic performance, acquiring good habits and planning and organising).
  • Encouraging self-esteem and motivation, and acquisition of decision-making strategies

Who will advise you?

People specialised in clinical psychology, with training in sexology and pedagogy and with experience and training to advise you, guide you, give you information and, in short, to give you psychological support in general.
