Workshop of the 34th Edition of the Universitat d’Estiu de Gandia.
This course aims to answer, based on scientific evidence, several hot issues related to people’s nutrition and health. Science will help to clarify doubts and to correct incorrect beliefs that derive from information that is altered for interest or false, caused by lack of knowledge.
In order to achieve the objectives, professors from different knowledge areas will take part: Nutrition, Nutrition Technology, Parasitology, Microbiology and Applied Economics.
