  • Monday, 8 July: Field trip to the Bioparc (5:00–8:00pm)
    A field trip to the Bioparc during which students can immerse themselves in the different habitats of the African continent. The animals are kept outdoors withsecurity barriers that are hardly noticeable.
  • Tuesday, 9 July: Palau de les Arts and Fallas Museum visit (3:30–7:00pm)
    A guided tour of the Palau de les Arts, one of the most important opera halls in Spain. After the tour, the students will visit the Fallas Museum to learn about the importance of this celebration in Valencia and the neighbouring towns.
  • Wednesday, 10 July: Cooking workshop (6:30–9:00pm)
    A themed cooking workshop where the participants will prepare a first and second course, a dessert and sangria with snacks offered throughout.
  • Thursday, 11 July: Latin dance class
    Latin dance class in Valencia’s most fashionable venues.
  • Friday, 12 July: Visit to the orange groves (4:00–8:00pm)
    A visit to the orange plantations of San Eusebio or Ribera in Carcaixent. A field trip to a traditional orchard of the Valencian bourgeoisie, where you will be able to taste
    the different citrus fruits and the dishes that feature them. An interesting approach
    to the Valencian citrus tradition.
  • Saturday, 13 July: Field trip to Valldigna (4:00–9:00pm)
    A trip to the Monastery of Santa Maria de la Valldigna and the La Xara mosque, exceptional heritage sites in a valley filled with orange trees.
