- · All bottled drinks (water, soft drinks) are served in reusable containers, avoiding plastic bottles and aluminum cans.
- · All tableware (cutlery, plates, glasses, and cups) is made of reusable material.
- · The use of disposable tablecloths is prohibited—both on tables and individual trays.
- · Takeaway food and drinks are delivered in compostable packaging.
- · Two waste separation points are available for organic waste, paper and cardboard, and light packaging.
- · Active communication of sustainability and nutrition measures through digital signage.
- · All fruits, vegetables, and greens served are fresh and seasonal, every day.
- · All coffee, sugar, teas, and instant cocoa are fair trade.
- · A salad or vegetable dish is always available as the main option in the first course and as a side dish in both main courses.
- · Two fruit options are offered daily as dessert.
- · A guaranteed selection of natural fruit juices, fresh fruit, and healthy nuts for snacking between meals.
- · Every two weeks, all vegetables and greens on the menu are from organic farming.
- · Citrus fruits (mandarin, orange, lime) come from the Valencian Community, bearing the “Valencian Citrus” PGI or CAECV certification.
- · Drinks are not included in the menu and must be paid for separately to encourage the consumption of fountain water.
