The report of the University of Valencia's Suggestions, Complaints and Congratulations Mailbox for the 2018-2019 academic year was presented to the Governing Council on 4 February 2020

The report from the University of Valencia's Suggestions, Complaints and Congratulations Mailbox for the 2018-2019 academic year was presented to the Governing Council on 4 February 2020.

The main figures for the functioning of the mailbox this academic year are: a total of 829 communications were received (complaints, suggestions and congratulations), of which 751 were accepted, detailed by type of communication as follows: complaints (70.2%), suggestions (14%) and congratulations (15.8%).

According to the profile of users, the group that has presented more communications is the alumni (65.9%). With regard to gender, 56.1% of users were women.

Finally, according to the type of case, 22.2% of the communications were related to management, followed by 18.4% relating to academic issues. These two causes accounted for 40.6% of the total communications admitted. It should also be noted that 24.8% of communications received by the user did not specify the specific cause and were attributed to other causes.
