The Suggestions, Complaints and Compliments Mailbox is applicable to all the organisational units of the UV, in relation to the services provided and activities carried out for the different groups of users. In the first quarter of each year, the Vice-Rector in charge presents a report to the Governing Council on the functioning of the Suggestions, Complaints and Compliments mailbox in the last academic year.
