The Suggestions, Complaints and Compliments Mailbox (or SQF Mailbox) is a communication channel of the Universitat de València with the university community and stakeholders to know their suggestions, complaints and congratulations regarding the functioning of our university. This tool allows us to identify opportunities for improvement in order to increase the quality of university activities and the degree of satisfaction of users with the services offered by our institution.
The Suggestions, Complaints and Compliments Mailbox (SQiF) was created as a result of the deployment of line 99, section 2, of the PEUV 2008-2011, with the aim of establishing a channel of communication with the university community and other interest groups to find out their suggestions, complaints and compliments regarding the functioning of our university; which will allow us to identify opportunities for improvement to continually increase the degree of satisfaction of users with the services offered by our institution. The Suggestions, Complaints and Compliments Mailbox is applicable to all organisational units of the UV, in relation to equipment, services provided and activities carried out aimed at various groups of users, and that may be subject to assessment of the users.
