The GRIECE group develops its research focusing on the analysis and improvement of the training of nursing students and professionals in various areas, with the aim of enhancing both the quality of learning and the processes of care for people with different pathologies. Special emphasis is placed on the design of healthcare processes that increase patient safety, incorporating advanced clinical simulation tools as support for the analysis and implementation of training processes. Improvements in training allow nursing professionals to become training agents for people with chronic diseases, promoting self-care and effective management of the disease through health literacy.
