This research team, which began its course in 2006 with other components and a different acronym, works in the research and improvement of educational organisations from different perspectives: evaluation, education managemennt, leadership and continuous teacher training. The team's members aim to research the aforementioned core areas in depth to critically analyse them, constructing relevant knowledge that allows guidelines and proposals for improvement to be established to contribute to a better functioning of educational organisations. Looking to the future requires arguments for change and innovation proposals that we can implement with interest, dedication and enthusiasm to ensure that our organisations are benchmarks of quality, equity and inclusion. This is the challenge that drives us from the university to make it a reality. Therefore, the team's main objective is to try to investigate the evaluation, management, leadership and teacher training processes to build not only knowledge but also design, apply and evaluate proposals that improve the quality of educational organisations. This line aims to strengthen a complicit and authentic relationship between the need for assessment for learning and for professional improvement that enables high-quality processes in educational organisations. This assessment is presented, without a doubt, as an agent of optimisation and innovation. Management teams. This line focuses on promoting reflection, research and innovation regarding the organisation's problems and the management of educational organisations to support processes for change and improvement. Furthermore, it particularly focuses on planning, developing and evaluating action and continuous training plans for management roles to address the complexities faced by management in increasingly changing and complex organisations. Professional development and continuous teacher training. This line aims to achieve better professional competence among teachers, aiming to promote innovation and improve teaching and learning processes so as to increase student potential and achieve educational success for all students. This continuous training will enable professional development for teachers. It is a two-way relationship that needs strategies that enable opportunities to strengthen processes for change and continuous improvement. Leadership. This line aims to investigate emerging leadership trends and their positive impact on student academic results, the professional development of the teaching team and the improvement of the educational community. Not to forget the importance of communication processes as the backbone of the proper functioning and management of educational organisations. In particular, it focuses on leading and managing groups of professionals within the framework of the participating organisations, as well as designing leadership strategies and techniques that promote democratic, sustainable and hgh-quality educational organisations.
