Description of research activity:

The COEBIS group develops its research in the analysis of interpersonal communication based on the factors that influence it, especially with regard to knowledge and attitudes towards such communication, emotional intelligence, empathy, compassionate attention, well-being and occupational health. In addition to considering the psychosocial risks and associated consequences that influence the communication process with the user, the care provided and therefore the perceived quality and well-being of workers are also considered.

Scientific-technical goals:
  • Elaborar instrumentos de evaluacion diagnostica de las variables objeto de estudio
  • Realizar la evaluacion diagnostica de las variables de estudio y establecer lineas de mejora
  • Explorar como las variables individuales y organizacionales afectan a la salud laboral y al bienestar y como todo ello repercute en la comunicacion
  • Analizar el impacto de la comunicacion en los trabajadores, en la organizacion y en la calidad percibida por pacientes, clientes y usuarios
  • Diseñar, implementar y evaluar programas de intervencion para mejorar la comunicacion, las habilidades emocionales, la salud ocupacional y el bienesta
