Scientific-technical goals:
  • Generar conocimiento teórico y aplicado sobre el entrenamiento de técnica y la táctica y su función para la salud humana y la integración social. En concreto los principales objetivos del *grupo sueño
  • Analizar las variables del aprendizaje técnico-táctico en el contexto educativo: Planificación, metodologías y estilo de enseñanza, utilización de materiales y recursos, nuevos juegos y actividades.
  • Analizar las las variables del entrenamiento técnico-táctico en el contexto deportivo: Planificación, metodología, utilización de materiales y recursos, juegos y actividades.
  • Analizar los diferentes procesos comunicativos (Instrucciones, feedback, cuestiones) entre el educador-entrenador y el deportista-alumno, en diferentes contextos y situaciones: Aula, pista deportiva, natura, entrenamiento, competición, y éxito o fracaso.
  • Analizar las variables sociales (familiares, económicos, académicos), físicas (antropométricas), condicionales (fuerza, resistencia, velocidad, flexibilidad), motrices (coordinación, equilibrio, agilidad) y psicológicas (motivación, ansiedad, confianza, atención)
  • Estudiar y aplicar el análisis *notacional, donde la medida de la técnica y la táctica depende de variables contextuales (campo de juego, características del deporte, sistema de juego,...) y de la situación (fases de juego, roles, posicionamiento de los jugadores, tiempo disponible,...)
  • Analizar los factores mentales (calidad de vida, felicidad), y conductuales y fisiológicos (*masa muscular, equilibrio, velocidad y amplitud de movimiento,...)
  • Analizar la adaptación de la técnica y la táctica deportiva en la edad y patologías de los deportistas (sobrepeso, artropatías, sarcopenia, osteoporosis, diabetes, ansiedad, depresión,...)
  • Analizar la inclusión en la enseñanza y entrenamiento de la técnica y la táctica deportivas. Utilización del trabajo técnico-táctico para favorecer la inclusión de diferentes colectivos (inmigración, diversidad funcional, diversidad de género, trastornos del espectro autista, trastorno de déficit de atención hiperactividad, diversidad de personalidades,...)
 
Research lines:
  • Technique and tactics teaching and training.The teaching and training of technique and tactics in sport constitutes an area of active research that seeks to improve pedagogical and training methods. Some of the main lines of research in this field are: 1. Teaching-learning methodologies: Development and evaluation of effective methods to teach and learn techniques and tactics in different contexts. Research on innovative pedagogical approaches, such as problem-based learning or collaborative learning. 2. Adaptation to different levels and ages: Study of how to adapt the teaching and training of technique and tactics for different skill levels, ages and stages of development. Research on best practices for teaching beginner, intermediate and advanced athletes. 3. Integrating technology into teaching: Use of educational technologies, such as simulators, video analysis, virtual reality and mobile applications, to improve the teaching of technique and tactics. Research on the effectiveness and acceptance of technology in the teaching and training process. 4. Formative and summative assessment: Development of formative assessment methods to provide continuous feedback during the teaching and training process. Research on the effectiveness of summative assessments to measure end performance and transfer of skills. 5. Mental training and psychological strategies: Study of psychological strategies that can improve the acquisition and application of technique and tactics. Development of mental training programmes to improve concentration, confidence and resilience in competition situations. 6. Skill development models: Research on models of skill development over time and how technical and tactical abilties evolve. Development of models that consider the progression of skills from basic to elite levels. 7. Diversification of teaching methods: Examination of the variery of teaching methods that can be adapted to different learning styles and individual preferences. Research on the effectiveness of approaches such as directed play, project-based learning, and differentiated instruction. 8. Training and learning culture: Study of training and learning culture in different contexts and how it influences the acquisition of technical and tactical skills. Research on creating positive and motivating learning environments.
  • Technique and tactics analysis and evaluation.The analysis and evaluation of technique and tactics in sport encompass a range of aspects. Some of the main lines of research in this area are: 1. Development of notational analysis systems: Research on the design and improvement of notation systems to accurately record and analyse technical execution and tactical decisions. Development of standardised codes and systems to enable comparison between studies and disciplines. 2. Video technology and analytics: Use of advanced technologies, such as video analysis, motion tracking and virtual reality, to enable the analysis of technique and tactics. Research on the reliability and validity of measurements obtained through emerging technologies. 3. Analysis of game patterns: Identification and study of recurrent patterns in the technical execution and tactical strategies of individuals and teams. Development of predictive models based on historical data to anticipate game patterns. Individual and collective performance assessment: 4. Research on performance assessment methods that address both individual and collective aspects in technique and tactics. Development of metrics that allow the performance of players and teams to be compared equitably. 5. Analysis of psychological variables: Study of psychological factors that influence technical execution and tactical decision making, such as concentration, decision making under pressure and motivation.   • Healthy technique and tactics.The integration of healthy approaches in the teaching and practice of technique and tactics is a growing concern. Some of the main lines of research in healthy technique and tactics are: 1. Healthy ergonomics and biomechanics: Research into the biomechanics of sports techniques and ergonomics to ensure practices are safe and sustainable over time. Development of techniques that minimise the risk of injury and promote joint and muscle health. 2. Functional and preventive training: Development of training programmes that integrate technical and tactical aspects with functional and preventive exercises. Research on the effectiveness of specific interventions to reduce the risk of injury associated with the practice of certain techniques. 3. Psychology of performance and well-being: Study of the relationship between the teaching of techniques and tactics and the psychological well-being of those who practise them. Development of psychological strategies that promote a healthy and resilient mindset during sports practice. 4. Promotion of active lifestyles: Research on how teaching techniques and tactics can encourage continued participation in physical activity throughout life. Development of approaches that promote active and healthy lifestyles beyond specific sports contexts. 5. Nutrition and hydration education: Integration of information on nutrition and adequate hydration into tactical and technical training programmes. Research on how nutrition can influence technical and tactical performance and injury prevention. 6.   • Adaptation and inclusion in tecnique and tactics.Description: Adaptation and inclusion in the teaching and practice of technique and tactics focuses on making these activities accessible to a wide variety of participants, regardless of their individual skills, abilities or characteristics. Some of the main lines of research on adaptation and inclusion in this context are: 1. Adaptation for different skill and proficiency levels: Research on how to adapt sports techniques and tactics to accommodate different levels of skills and experience. Development of pedagogical approaches that allow people with varied skills to participate in technical and tactical activities. 2. Inclusion of people with disabilities: Study of strategies to adapt techniques and tactics for people with disabilities, either in the area of adapted sports or in inclusive programmes. Development of specific resources and materials that enable people with disabilities to participate in sports activities. 3. Universal design in teaching: Research on universal teaching design to ensure techniques and tactics are accessible to all participants.
