Academic, scientific or professional interest: Master Degree’s in New Journalism, Political Communication and Knowledge Society offers the theoretical knowledge and the main tools of socio-communicative research for the development of quality journalism associated to the sectors and emerging social spaces useful for the informational assessment of the public policies, impacting on interpellation in which the political parties and social movements perform on citizenship in times of mobilization or in times of democratic elections, configuring different forms of corporate and political communication. Furthermore, the Master Degree is characterised by an approach applied to the implementation of editorial protocols in new journalism and action protocols in political communication. It is intended that students acquire the knowledge and professional skills necessary to enter the field of speialized journalism for its links to: a) new information and communication technologies, b) the evaluation of public policies and c) emerging issues in the knowledge society and complexity (science, technology, gender, collective action, identities, etc.); as well as in the field of political communication.
