Renovation process of the HR seal
In this context, the UV is undergoing the HR seal renovation process, which involves a revision of its progress and the definition of new measures to keep on improving its human resources policies. On 16 April, a delegation of the European Commission will evaluate the progress achieved and emit recommendations to further strengthen the strategy of the institution.
A commitment to excellence
This renovation is an opportunity to strengthen the UV commitment to both, excellence in research and the creation of an environment to foster talent, innovation and professional development of its researcher community. During the next three years, the university will implement a new action plan based on the given recommendations, ensuring that it maintains its status as a role model at an European level in the management of human resources for research.
