Conditions for the assignment

The transport and assembly of the exhibition will be the responsibility of the requesting centre, which undertakes to return the materials on the agreed date. The material will be collected and returned to the Department of Genetics of the Universitat de València, Burjassot-Paterna campus. Any associated costs will be borne by the applicant centre.

The applicant centre, via the signatory of the request, is responsible for ensuring that the materials that make up the exhibition are not damaged and for assuming the corresponding costs in the event that any damage should make it necessary to replace the material.

Likewise, the applicant school undertakes to evaluate the exhibition and, if applicable, the associated educational activity, by answering the evaluation questionnaire that will be provided for this purpose.

The organisation reserves the right to assess the applications and approve them if they meet the requirements and depending on the availability of dates. If this is the case, applications will be considered in the order in which they are received.
